Terms of Service
IW Marketing (Iziah Willetts Marketing)

These terms explain what you're signing up for when you hire IW Marketing to run an email campaign to your past customers. By paying the $500 fee through Stripe, you're agreeing to these terms.

We reactivate your dormant customers by:
Taking your customer list (emails, names, past purchases)
Cleaning up the data and organizing it
Writing 3-5 professional emails
Sending those emails over 30 days
Tracking responses and inquiries
A list of at least 500 past customers with email addresses
Access to your customer database or a CSV export
Any specific information we request within 48 hours
You'll get a minimum number of qualified job inquiries within 30 days, based on your list size:
500-700 customers = 3+ inquiries guaranteed
700-1,200 customers = 5+ inquiries guaranteed
1,200+ customers = 10+ inquiries guaranteed
If we don't hit the guarantee: We'll work for free for another 30 days. Either way, the service ends after 60 days maximum.
What counts as a qualified inquiry: A past customer responds to the campaign email asking to book a service or get a quote.
The guarantee only applies if:
You provide your customer data within 14 days of payment
You use the dedicated campaign email we provide, OR forward all campaign-related inquiries to our tracking email within 24 hours
You respond to our requests for information within 48 hours
Your email list quality is reasonable (bounce rate under 20%)
The Guarantee is Void If:
You don't provide customer data within 14 days of payment
You don't forward inquiries so we can track them
Your list has a 30%+ bounce rate and you refuse to let us clean it
You go silent and don't respond to our requests within 48 hours
If Your List Quality is Poor:
If your email list has a bounce rate over 20%, we'll either:
Pause the campaign to clean the list first, or
Adjust the guarantee proportionally
Example: If you have 1,000 emails but 30% bounce (300 bad emails), only 700 emails actually get delivered. We'd adjust the guarantee from 5 inquiries down to 3-4 inquiries to be fair.
One-time fee: $500 NZD (paid via Stripe)
Email software: You'll also pay $30-60/month directly to the email provider (like Mailchimp). We don't handle this payment.
Full refund available: If you cancel before we start working on your campaign
No refunds once work begins: Once we've started processing your data, cleaning your list, or writing emails, the guarantee applies instead of refunds
Work begins when: We receive your customer data and start processing it or writing your emails.
Your campaign starts within 7 days of:
Receiving your payment, AND
Receiving your customer data
If you're late providing the data, the 30-day guarantee clock doesn't start until we have everything we need.
You'll get the minimum number of inquiries listed above, or we work free for 30 more days
We'll follow NZ anti-spam laws
We'll handle your data professionally
We Don't Guarantee:
How much revenue you make (that depends on your pricing and sales skills)
That zero customers will unsubscribe (some always do, it's normal)
That every email will land perfectly (spam filters happen, but we do our best)
Results from emails that bounce or never get delivered
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide a legitimate customer list (people who've actually done business with you)
Give us access to your database or export the data yourself Respond to our requests within 48 hours
Either use our tracking email OR forward campaign responses within 24 hours
Pay for the email software separately (we'll tell you which one)
We take your customer data seriously:
We only use it for this email campaign, nothing else
We store it securely while we're working
We delete it after the campaign ends (unless you ask us to keep it)
We won't sell it, spam it, or use it for our own marketing
All emails we send follow the NZ Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
That means:
Clear unsubscribe links in every email
Proper sender identification
No misleading subject lines

If you're happy with the results, we'd love to:
Get a testimonial from you
Use your business type (e.g., "Auckland electrician") and campaign results as a case study
We won't share your business name or revenue numbers without your explicit written permission.
Our total liability is capped at $500 — the amount you paid for the service.
We're not responsible for:
How you use the inquiries we generate
Your sales process or pricing
Revenue you do or don't make from the inquiries
Technical issues with your email provider
Your customers' opinions or complaints about receiving emails
You can cancel:
Before we start work (full refund)
After we start (guarantee applies, no refund)
We can terminate if:
You don't provide data within 14 days
You stop responding to our requests
You breach these terms
You're abusive or unreasonable to work with
If we terminate due to your breach, no refund is provided.
We can update these terms occasionally. If we make major changes, we'll email you. Continuing to use our service after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. If we have a dispute, let's try to sort it out like adults first — email or call me and we'll figure it out.
If that doesn't work, any legal disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts under New Zealand law.
